Registration for Spring 2026 Flag program
Age Groups
- U8 - born in 2018, 2019, 2020
- U10 - born in 2016 & 2017
- U12 - born in 2014 & 2015
- U14 - born in 2012 & 2013
Registration
Please complete all three steps to ensure your roster spot.
1. Purchase Football Ontario membership
This is mandatory and offered through Football Ontario. Players without insurance will be unable to participate.

- Discipline is Flag non-contact
- The organisation is YSMFA/York Region
- Keep your email confirmation showing FO# handy
2. Complete Lions Flag Registration
This is mandatory. Registration fees can be paid by credit card or e-transfer. We do not accept cheques. Cost is $250 per player.

- Set up a player profile if you do not already have one
- Ensure an updated photo and a copy of identification showing birthdate is uploaded
Looking for Your Team Schedule & Session Location?
We play Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two tournaments scheduled.
