Visiting Teams - Gameday Procedures
We are so excited to host visiting Centres to Lions Homefield. In line with Stage 3 of Ontario's Roadmap to Reopen, please note the following gameday procedures for our guests. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
Arrival Time
You are welcome to arrive no more than one hour prior to kickoff.
Screening
Each player, coach and spectator must complete a Lions screening. The link is below:
Spectators
Our field is limited to two spectators per player. We ask that social distancing guidelines are followed, and that spectators remain in the stands. There is no cohort mixing, meaning spectators must remain in the stands and completely off the track.
Entering the Field
We will admit players and coaching staff first, with parents/spectators after. Cohorts (players and spectators) must remain separated on the field.
Amenities
Lions Homefield is in the centre of Aurora. We have at the field:
- free car and bus parking
- light concession including water, gatorade and snacks (cash or tap)
- a Tim Horton's

- there is a water source, but we will also have sealed (new) jugs of water for your team
There are no changerooms, and there are no pets allowed within the gates.
Trainer
In accordance with league requirements, there is a trainer at the field.
Exiting the Field
We will ask spectators to remain in the stands until all players have cleared the field.
