Registration Fees: $120

Take Note: No cheques or cash will be accepted for registration.
2) Identification
What is it? Government issued photo ID is required for the team roster
How:
a) Make a copy of a passport OR birth certificate + health card (with picture)
b) Upload copies of identification during the registration process above
c) Registration will not be considered complete without identification uploaded to our registration system. If you have previously registered with us, please ensure the photo and identification in our system are current.
Family Discount
Families registering 2 or more players will receive a 10% discount.
Families registering 3 or more players will receive a 15% discount.
Winter Academy Refund Policy
• Voluntary withdrawal prior to January 15, 2024 - 50% of Registration Fee
• Cut from team; full refund less $50.00 Administration Fee
• No Refund after January 15, 2024
