Special Meeting 2023
At the 2022 Annual General Meeting, a motion was passed that moved the 2022 proposed constitutional amendments and the updates required for alignment to the Ontario Not For Profit Corporations Act into a committee. The motion is below. Members are invited to participate in the Special Meeting to vote on proposed constitutional amendments and ONCA updates. Elections for the following positions will also be held at that time. Please note: depending on the passing of some amendments, additional board positions may become available.
